Technogise

An energetic software startup crafting world class software solutions for global clients.

After reading about the things that you won’t get, and will get, at Technogise, we are sure that you would be excited to join our team.

Well… here are 5 things you need to become a Technogiser:

1. Open mind:

An open mind that is excited to work on different languages, paradigms, tools and platforms.

An open mind which relishes the challenge of working full stack on projects (…backend, front end, DevOps…) for clients across multiple domains.

2. Hands dirty with clean code:

…and you love to keep them that way… :-)

Your code must always be clean, lean, robust, modular, scalable, maintainable and testable, no matter what language or paradigm you are coding in… and certainly no matter what your experience is.

Solid, oops, dry, kiss are not mere acronyms, but values to you.

3. Hunger to improve:

As technologists, we thrive in an innovative world where new technologies and concepts evolve everyday.

You simply must keep yourself up to date and keep on improving your skills in order to provide the best solutions to our clients. You might be a great engineer… but you can always be a better one.

4. Consulting skills:

Since we’re expected to offer strategic consultancy to our clients, it’s imperative for us to LISTEN to them, be empathetic to their needs, invest in truly understanding their business problems, and come up with strategic solutions in collaboration with them. In short, communicate effectively with them everyday.

Needless to say, you must embody these skills.

5. Conceptual understanding:

If you claim to be strong in a particular technology / tool / framework / concept, we expect you to answer the “why” and “how” questions around it.

Theoretical definitions don’t interest us as much as practical implementation and in-depth understanding.
