1. Projects in 1 language or tech stack: You won’t get a pipeline of projects in only 1 language.
At Technogise, we believe that technology is just a tool to solve a business problem. It’s the business problem which helps us define / decide which tech-stack to use… not the other way round. So, today you might work on a ‘PHP-Laravel’ project, tomorrow on a ‘Node-ReactJS’ project, the day after in ‘Golang’ or ‘ReactNative’…
Technogise will be a great opportunity for you if you want to be an Enterprise Application Developer… rather than a Java Developer, or a Python developer or a Ruby developer… and so on.

2. Projects in 1 domain: You won’t get projects belonging to only one business domain.
Technogise positions itself as an organisation which crafts elegant software solutions for its clients, no matter how different their business problems are. We have engaged with clients from sectors like e-Commerce, banking, real estate, education… and will continue to engage with a diverse clientele.
Just like technology, we are domain agnostic.

3. Full time Management role: You won’t get a Project Manager or Delivery Manager or Iteration Manager… or for that matter, any other “Manager” title.
Technogise is a team of self managed practitioners who revel in being hands-on. Your career grows here into one of hands-on leadership, rather than exclusively into management.
Management could be part of your responsibilities, rather than your full time job.

4. Reporting hierarchy: Teams don’t work “under” you, or “report” to you. They work with you.
We have a culture of openness and Agility that thrives on transparent communication between all team members. And we believe that a convoluted, “reporter — reportee” style hierarchy hinders that communication. Therefore, Technogise is a flat organization.
