2. Exposure:

At Technogise, we are all full stack engineers, contributing on the back end, front end as well as infrastructure. DevOps is a culture here (…as it’s meant to be…).

As a quality analyst, you’re not just responsible for “bug discovery” or “automation”. You analyse the client’s business problem, identify and execute test scenarios whether they’re manual or automatable, define testing roadmaps, choose tools and technologies with an open mind, and get involved in ALL phases of delivery.

You will engage with clients closely enough to appreciate how the software you build solves their business problems.

New projects bring to you new tools, languages and paradigms to work on. You will become a polyglot here, if you aren’t one already.

3. Pragmatism:

You will get to work on agile projects with a lower case “a”.

While we follow ceremonies like TDD and pairing whenever they make sense, we’re not dogmatic about them.

You will work with a team of pragmatic practitioners who have the agile mindset, which is essentially what agile is.

4. Ownership:

You own tasks at Technogise, whether they are project tasks or organizational tasks.

Be it project design, or client communication, or propagating the company brand, you will be encouraged to bring new ideas, implement them and own up to them
